These are Chibusa Iwa , the stalactites that look like woman's breasts.
Stalactites generally develop in an icicle pattern from top to bottom, but this is a rare stalactite that develops horizontally.
Limestone dissolved in rainwater adhered to small, coral-like stalactites scattered throughout the walls of the cave, an d they gradually overlapped like wafers to form the current shape.
