We are looking for participants for the Takikan Cave Exploration Dinner Tour!

A special announcement from Takikando Cave.

We are looking for participants for the "Special Dinner Tour to Enjoy Kinotakikando Cave with All Five Senses" to be held on November 23rd.

This event was started last year to allow people to experience the new charms of the Takikando Tourist Center, which was renovated in April of last year, and was a huge success.

This year, the event was held again in October, where guests were able to enjoy delicious game dishes using venison prepared by a chef from a popular Tokyo restaurant, along with Sanriku wine.

The event has also been scheduled for November 23rd, and participants are currently being recruited.

The tour begins with a guided tour of the cave after you have taken a bus from Morioka Station to the cave. Part of the passage is lit with bamboo lanterns, creating a fantastical atmosphere.

After your exploration, you can enjoy a wild game dish made with Otsuchi brand deer, paired with wine from Sanriku.

A shuttle bus is provided, so you can enjoy your time at Rokando Cave to your heart's content without having to worry about getting back. (The menu may change depending on the availability of ingredients.)

We currently have some capacity, but last year we were fully booked at the last minute, so please reserve your seat as soon as possible.
